Training in business information: what the practitioners want.

Librarians and information scientists working in the City and in the Food Industry were asked to assess the usefulness of the Business Information course at The City University. The results suggest that, in Business Information training generally, more emphasis should be placed on practical work and, in particular, on the use of online databases.
